Advanced Workout Routines

Once you have completed Intermediate you are ready to move on to Advanced. If you want to. Advanced isn’t necessary but is perfect for those who want to push themselves that little bit harder or are riding multiple horses in a day or competing in Eventing.

There are only one phase of Advanced, meaning that you don’t move on to weeks 3&4 and 5&6. This is because if you need to go beyond this level of fitness. It is highly advisable that you reach out to me for support.
