What are Bespoke Rider Programmes?

“Reach your potential”

Some riders would like a programme designed specifically for them and some riders just need more support and motivation and whatever the reason or need, Clare can design you a programme just for you!

Bespoke programmes offer riders the opportunity to work directly with Clare to obtain advice, guidance, reassurance and motivation when needed. A bespoke programme goes beyond just providing you with a Rider Fitness Workout Routine Programme, it gives you direct access to a Rider Fitness Expert who will be there every step of your journey with you.

Because all programmes and support are delivered online, having a bespoke programme is suitable for anyone and everyone anywhere! Today Clare works with riders across the world providing them with personalised programmes, supporting them through their journey to reach their goals.

It doesn’t matter whether you want to participate in an adventure ride such as the Gaucho or Mongal Derby, the Tevis Cup, reach Grand Prix or have the confidence and believe in yourself to take you horse to that pleasure ride you have always wanted to do.

Sometimes we all just need the support, to know someone with sound expert knowledge and experience is there, thinking and planning for us

Bespoke Rider Programme

Clare works with riders at all levels and disciplines helping them achieve their goals, no matter how ambitious or modest! A large majority of her clients just want to be more stable and balanced in the saddle and feel more confident.

Having a bespoke programme isn’t just for elite riders, it is for anyone who wants a programme designed specifically for your and your needs with the huge benefit of having direct access to a Rider Fitness Expert.

A minimum commitment term of 2 months is required.

Initial consultation, goal and milestone planning

  • We go through your background and current fitness level and discuss your goal and timeline
  • We agree on the duration and regularity of your training programme and what equipment, if any, you will use.

Bespoke Designed Programme

A programme is then designed based on the initial consultation and is delivered to you in two ways:

 

Option 1: Programme delivered to the Mobile App

  • The workout will have detailed video and instructions on how to perform each of the exercises. This means that you will need to review each exercise separately and then perform after watching the video.
  • Workouts will be scheduled into your calendar on the app so you know exactly what you need to do and when
  • You can message me directly via the mobile app messenger for daily support

 

Option 2: Programme recorded and delivered as WOD via Mobile App (capable of streaming to your phone, tablet, computer or TV)

  • Your custom workout will be recorded as a whole workout where you follow along with me on screen – Workout On Demand (WOD). You will receive 1 Workout per 4 weeks, additional workouts such as Cardio workouts can be added for £65 per WOD.
  • Workouts will be scheduled into your calendar on the app so you know exactly when you need to complete
  • You can message me directly via the mobile app messenger for daily support

Programme Technique Session:

You have a few days to get used to your new bespoke programme and we then connect online via video to go through the workout so you fully understand and that I can check your exercise technique and form. This is to make sure that you get the most from your new workout by performing each exercise correctly.

Support

During each 4 week period that your programme runs you have unlimited access to Clare for support, either by video call, phone or via the app. Clare will also contact you weekly just to make sure everything is ok and of course, she will be watching your adherence via the tracking on the app.

 

Option 1: £45 per week with the first month payable upon start date.

Option 2: £77.50 per week with the first month payable upon start date.

 

As soon as you purchase your first month, you will be sent an email to set up the mobile app and I will contact you to book your initial consultation.

Derby Rider Programme

Clare works with riders who are looking to take part in challenging rides such as the Gaucho and Mongol Derby, helping them to become physically and mentally prepared so that they are able to ride with ease, reduce aches, pains and the risk of injuries that can occur so they can enjoy the journey.

This is an exceptional personable service where Clare takes the journey with you and is there to ‘listen’, ‘guide’ and ‘advise’. There is regular contact, feedback and programme adaptions to ensure that every corner is covered to help you succeed.

A minimum commitment term of 3 months is required. It is suggested that participants ideally start their training 6 months prior or longer. But progress can be made in 3 months if you are prepared to put in the work.

Initial consultation, goal and milestone planning

  • We go through your background and current fitness level and make some short term goals.
  • We also agree on the duration and regularity of your training programme and what equipment, if any, you will use.
  • We plan some ‘Experience Rides’ whereby you can ride for distance at home and feedback how you felt etc so that we can adjust the programme as necessary

 

Custom Designed Programme

A programme is then designed based on the initial consultation and is broken into phases

  • Phase 1 – Base Training
  • Phase 2 – Specific Training
  • Phase 3 – Experience
  • Phase 4 – Adjustment
  • Phase 5 – Event/Competition/Milestone

 

There are two options available.

 

Option 1: Programme delivered to the Mobile App

Before you start your programme, or any new workout we will connect online via video to go through the workout so you fully understand and that I can check your technique and form. We then connect weekly, either by phone, video or via the app to just check-in

 

Option 1: £67.50 per week with the first month payable upon start date.

Option 2: £100 per week with the first month payable upon start date.
