A Bespoke Rider Fitness Program is for all equestrian riders who would like a horse rider fitness program designed specifically for you along with the support and accountability to succeed.

Having access to an Equestrian Rider Fitness Specialist is for everyone, irrelevant of your level and/or discipline. Clare works with horse riders at all levels and disciplines helping them achieve their goals, no matter how ambitious or modest – across the world! A large majority of Clare’s clients just want to be more stable and balanced in the saddle and feel more confident.

Clare takes great pride in sharing as much of her knowledge and experience with her clients as possible because she believes her role as a Personal Trainer/Equestrian Rider Fitness Specialist aka ‘Coach’ effectively is to ‘Empower’ horse riders so that at the end of their working journey together, the rider has the knowledge required to continue improving their rider fitness alone. A minimum commitment term of 2 months is required.

  • Go through your background and current fitness level and discuss your goal and timeline
  • Agree on the duration and regularity of your training program and what equipment, if any, you will use.

  • In order to understand where you currently are and what you find difficult and easy, you will be given a few exercises to do via the equestrian mobile app.
  • You will then have an online video session with Clare via video to show how you do those exercises. It provides valuable feedback to Clare before moving on to designing your rider fitness program

  • Based on the initial consultation, a bespoke rider fitness program will be designed and delivered via the Equestrian Mobile App (capable of streaming to your phone, tablet, computer or TV). This will be in the format of ‘Workouts On Demand’ which means you will follow along with Clare on screen for the full duration of your rider fitness program.
  • You will receive a maximum of 1 Workout per 4 weeks. New workouts are only provided once a client has successfully mastered each exercise within the program and is ready to move forwards.
  • Workouts will be scheduled into your calendar on the app so you know exactly when you need to workout
  • You can message Clare directly via the mobile app messenger for daily support

  • After a few days of completing your new bespoke rider fitness program, you will connect with Clare online via video to go through each exercise in the program so Clare can check your exercise technique and form.
  • If any adaptions are needed, Clare will advise during this session
  • You have the opportunity to ask any questions you need and offer feedback
  • This step is repeated for each new program that you receive

  • Each week you have a ‘check-in’ with Clare, either via phone or video to keep you accountable and answer any concerns or questions you may have.
  • During each 4 week period that your rider fitness program runs, you also have unlimited access to Clare for support via the equestrian mobile app.
  • Clare is able to see all completed and missed workouts so can keep track of whether you are adhering to your program
