I have been an endurance rider for many years, competing up to FEI 2* and currently managing a team of three exceptional purebred Arabs, all at different stages of their career.

Is this really worth the investment?

How much is better balance, stronger posture, and total confidence in the saddle worth to you? This program guarantees transformation.

What if I’m not tech-savvy?

The app and Zoom sessions are super easy to use, and I’ll guide you through everything!

 

Before we get started on your program and you commit to the investment. We can test run all of the technology so you are comfortable.

Do I need special equipment?

I will advise on the fitness equipment needed when I design your program, but this is discussed with you; if needed, we can progress without any equipment in the beginning. I always ensure that the equipment suggested for your workouts is cheap and accessible.

We will use Zoom for personal check-in, which can be accessed on your phone or computer.

You will need access to a Pivo and headphones OR someone to hold your phone for our riding sessions. But I will guide you on this. Together we MAKE IT WORK!

 

I’ve tried other programs before and they didn’t work—how is this different?

Most fitness programs aren’t built for riders by a rider with extensive knowledge and experience in the fitness industry, working directly with individuals for over 20 years.

This isn’t just about getting fit—it’s about training your body specifically for balance, stability, and control in the saddle. That’s why riders see results quickly.

And this isn’t a program you are buying and working through alone. I am with you every step of the way!

➡ I will adjust and amend your workout program to suit you and as your schedule changes.

➡ I will keep you accountable and progressing with our regular Zoom Calls for your workouts and your riding sessions.

I don’t have much time—how much of a commitment is this?

You don’t need hours in the gym. The program is designed for busy riders, with short, focused sessions that fit into your schedule.

The Fast-Track program is designed for you to work out, with me on Zoom, 3 x per week, and we will have 1 virtual riding session per week. 

➡ So a total of 4 sessions with me per week, roughly half an hour to 45mins each. 

➡ We decide on the dates/times of each session, which are flexed each week over the 12-week period to fit both our diaries. 

 

I don’t have time for 4 sessions a week.

Fast-Track is designed for maximum efficiency—each session is short & powerful. If you’re serious about fast results, this is the best way to get them.

And once you’re there. Think of all the time you will have, not going back and forth and struggling to make progress!

I’m over 40—am I too old to see results?

Not at all! In fact, most of the riders I work with are 40-65 with one of the oldest being 83!

But your age isn’t important because I design a program for YOU, where you are right now, and what you need to achieve your goals and aspirations.

It is not a cookie cutter program. It’s 100% bespoke and designed to help you ride better for years to come, no matter your starting point.
