HIIT Workout Routines

This Collection consists of Maintenance HIIT Workouts. 

I recommend that if you have not yet completed the Signature Series (Foundation and Intermediate) that you do not do these workouts. 

The reason is.

If you have not conditioned your body, become aware of your movement and are in control of the function. You risk injury.

Remember, to transfer benefits to your riding. You need to be using the correct muscles with good control.
