Once you have completed Foundation, you are ready to move on to Intermediate.
Intermediate builds upon your newfound strength, mobility, stability and balance learned from Foundation. So it’s important that you have completed Foundation first.

Full instructions for the exercises of each routine are in weeks 1&2. In further weeks, the instructions are reduced to allow the workouts to flow more easily.
Start with Weeks 1 & 2 and perform all 4 routines (ideally with a day off in-between) for 2 Weeks then move to the next 4 routines in 3&4 then 5&6
