I help female riders improve their strength, balance, and confidence so they can enjoy riding more and feel great in the saddle.

I created RiderCise On Demand after a life-changing fall made me realize how important rider-specific fitness is. I’ve worked with riders worldwide—from everyday equestrians to elite competitors and even adventurers riding in events like the Mongol and Gaucho Derby.

Frequently asked questions

Do I Need Equipment?

There is no equipment needed for the RiderCise Signatur Program but you will need some equipment for the other workouts. These are all small and inexpensive items. You can find more information about what is needed here:

What happens once I Sign Up?

You will be sent 3 Emails:

  1. An invoice of your purchase
  2. A welcome email from ‘Trainerize’ to download the RiderCise Mobile app and complete you profile.
  3. An email welcoming you to the program with instructions on getting started.
Do the Workouts Start Straight Away?

When you sign up for On Demand the first week is the opportunity to get used to the app, purchase any equipment and watch the ‘Let’s Get Started’ Videos.

But because you are in control of your workouts you can add a workout to the app calendar straight away and get started.

What Level of Fitness is recommended for this program?

On Demand is suitable for all levels of fitness.

After watching the ‘Let’s Get Started’ videos it’s best to start with the Postural Correction workouts and then move on to Foundation.

Whether you are new to fitness or a seasoned pro, these workouts are designed to target the muscles specific to riding so it’s best to start off gradually with the above workouts to allow your body to adjust.

You can cancel your membership at anytime.
