Leisure Rider

Designed for someone who is currently riding ad-hoc or wants to get back to riding and is looking to improve their base fitness level.

A low intensity programme to be performed 3 x per week for >15mins

Active Rider

Designed for someone who is currently riding a few times a week and wants to improve rider fitness levels.

Medium intensity programme to be performed 3 x per week for >25mins

Equipment – Gym Stability Ball and Wobble Cushion

 

 

 

 

Competitor Rider

Designed for someone who is riding regularly and attends competitions or wants to without feeling completely drained after a lesson / day out.

Medium – High intensity programme to be performed 4 x per week for >30mins

Equipment – Gym Stability Ball and Wobble Cushion, Resistance band
