        The Strong Confident Rider Program is designed and Coached by Clare, Founder of RiderCise.

        Clare Gangadeen – Master Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Coach and Soft Tissue Therapist. UKCC L2 Coach and Wellness Mentor

        Founder of RiderCise, Rider Fitness and Wellness Coach – I work with riders globally from the everyday leisure rider to the adventurous and the aspiring elite.

        I know first-hand how it feels to have your confidence destroyed, left doubting her ability and questioning whether she would continue to ride at all after suffering a fall from her horse Annick in 2012. But her love and dedication to her horses inspired her to push through her fears and focus on becoming the best rider she could be.

        In 2016 RiderCise was founded and the Rider-Specific Workouts I have created continue to help 1000’s of riders globally.

        Having worked directly with so many riders over the years, I found that they were experiencing the same challenges so designed a 6-month transformation program to help Women Find Joy, Strength, and Confidence again in their Riding – and Life!

        In the Strong Confident Rider Program, Diana focuses on helping you to broaden your perspective and understand the way you think, your feelings and motives. With greater insight into your values and beliefs, it gives you greater clarity on what you want from your partnership with your horse and a pathway to achieve them.

        Sally is one of the most accomplished Endurance riders in the UK with her wealth of experience and knowledge preparing herself and her horses to compete and enjoy a multitude or distance and terrain. As well as having undertaken some of the most challenging rides in the USA.

        In the Strong Confident Rider Program, Sally will be there to support, guide and answer and questions you may have about anything equestrian! Remember, even when you are out and about there is much you can do to help develop your partnership and improve you and your horses way of going. Sally will be sharing exercises and challenges (in-hand and ridden) for you to do to help develop you and your horse as a team.

        Dr Tracey Cole Master NLP Trainer, Trainer of Hypnotherapy, Trainer of Timeline Therapy® and Master Coach.

        Tracey works nationally and globally with equestrians of all ages, levels, and disciplines; she works with leisure riders up to elite professionals vying for Olympic and Paralympic places.

        Tracey strives to elevate confidence, reduce stress, burnout, and anxiety, and remove self-doubts and self-limiting beliefs. Tracey hosts an equestrian confidence podcast, Over the Oxer, and is the author of two Amazon best-seller equestrian mindset books.

        Julia Tyrer – Certified Nutrition Coach BA Hons, MCMA – Specialising in Menopause and Hormones Nutrition

        Julia provides simple and effective nutritional advice and guidance to help you deal with the changes and challenges that menopause brings.

        Helping riders to regain their balance and energy, so they can fully embrace the joy of riding and life, ensuring they get the best results from their training.

                        How it Works…

                        The Strong Confident Rider Program is a 6-month program where you are taken Step-by-Step through your Rider Fitness Tranformation Journey.

                        • Together we decided which Rider Fitness Program you should start with

                        For you to correct your posture, you need to understand what posture type you are. This will determine which fitness program you start with. 

                        After signing up you will receive: 

                        1. An email to download and set up the RiderCise Mobile App 
                        2. An email with a Webinar Video for you to watch to explain in depth. The ‘Importance of Posture‘. The Webinar will help you to determine which posture type you have. 
                          1. Don’t worry, I make the final decision on your posture type but I want you to learn to assess yourself.

                        We then get on a call to answer all your questions, provide input where needed and get you started on your rider fitness journey. 

                        • You complete your workouts and attend the Support Calls with myself and the other coaches

                        Once we have decided which program you will start on. Your program will be loaded into the calendar on the mobile app that you have downloaded.

                        1. The app will tell you which days to work out on (which you can move if needed)
                        2. Each workout will have a video where you follow along with me.

                         

                        Every month you will have at least 3 calls with me and one with either Diana or Sally. 

                        All Calls Take Place on a Thursday Evening at 7:30pm

                        I encourage you to attend all calls to get the most from the program!
