RiderCise® Self-Managed Programmes

The RiderCise ‘Self-Managed’ Programmes consists of 3 levels (Foundation, Intermediate & Advanced) which are all 6 weeks in duration and progress gradually from the previous programme.

There is minimal equipment required (detailed here) for all of the levels so the workouts can be done in the comfort of your home.

All of the exercises have full instructional videos and details on how many repetitions and sets you should do. The workouts are scheduled in the calendar within the mobile app so your routine is structured (these can be moved if required to fit your own schedule).

You are able to track each of your workouts, so you can keep track of how well you are doing and upload progress photos so you can see your body composition or riding position changing.

As the programmes are ‘Self-Managed’ they are ideal for those that want to and are happy to follow a programme on their own and do not require any support from Clare.

The RiderCise® Supported Rider Programme

The Supported Rider Programme offers riders the opportunity to add exercise technique and form checking and direct support from Clare for the ‘Complete Programme‘ (includes cost of programme)

This ideal for those who would like to improve their rider mobility, stability, strength and fitness but need guidance and support to help keep them accountable and on track to improving their rider fitness and achieving their goals.

Included in this programme:

– Initial consultation
– Exercise technique and form checks
– Programme changes if required
– Support as and when needed via the mobile app messenger
– Access to the RiderCise® Private Group Page

The RiderCise® Athlete Rider Programme

The Athlete Rider Programme offers riders the opportunity to have 1:1 direct contact with Clare to discuss, agree and have your training managed.

This is an exceptional personable service where Clare takes the journey with you and is there to ‘listen’, ‘guide’ and ‘advise’.

There is regular contact, feedback and programme adaptions to ensure that every corner is covered to helping you succeed.

This programme is perfect for those who want to achieve a specific goal of either preparing for a competition / endurance ride,
fat loss, building lean muscle or a combination of goals within 3 – 6 months or longer.

Included in this programme:

– Initial consultation, goal and milestone planning
– Bespoke exercise programme
– Bespoke stretching programme
– Regular programme changes as and when needed
– Nutritional Guidance and Meal Plan
– Daily Support via the mobile app messenger
– Weekly Calls via Skype/Face Time – 30mins
